What is the recruitment process
The recruitment process is a step to find new employees to fill an opening in an organization. This job is usually done by Manager, recruiters or the combination of both. The recruitment process involves finding the candidate with the best skills, experience, and personality to fit the job. It requires a series of collecting and reviewing resumes, conducting job interviews, and finally selecting and onboarding an employee to start working for the organization.

Approval from the management
We will send the document to the director which includes the number of resources for which domain along with the budget allotted to each resource. Once we get the approval we start hunting the talent.
Designing the job description & posting
Posting a job is very important for every recruiter. So before posting, we should have keen knowledge about the job description. We will gather the technical requirement from the particular team lead and depending upon the requirement we will decide how to do the posting for the same. For Example, if we require a developer for a particular domain we will post the JD where that domain people will be available more. One of the ways which we follow is through Facebook/LinkedIn Groups.
Sourcing & Screening
Sourcing is one of the interesting parts of the recruitment process. Finding the right talent for the right position at the right time is an art.
Selection Process for interview
The screened candidate will be called for a Telephonic/F2F interview through mail/phone asking for their availability to attend the interview. Candidate should be aware of the interview process before attending the interview so we have to clearly notify through an interview call letter about the type of interview how many levels and how long will it take so the candidate will plan accordingly. Many organizations fail to do this but this literally saves both employer and candidate’s time.
